Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension
Add LIA to your Chrome browser from the Chrome Web Store
We are not on the chromwebstore yet! If you are a developer you can clone the repo on github
- Visit the Chrome Web Store
- Search for "LIA - LinkedIn Intelligent Assistant"
- Click the "Add to Chrome" button
- Confirm the installation when prompted
Step 2: Get Your OpenAI API Key
LIA uses OpenAI's API to generate intelligent content
- Create or log in to your OpenAI account
- Navigate to the API section
- Create a new API key
- Copy your API key to use in the next step
Your API key is private and should never be shared. LIA stores your key locally in your browser and never sends it to our servers.
Step 3: Configure LIA
Set up your preferences and API key
- Click the LIA icon in your Chrome toolbar
- Click the settings icon or "Configure" button
- Enter your OpenAI API key
- Select your industry and preferred tone
- Choose which features you want to enable
- Click "Save" to apply your settings
Step 4: Start Using LIA on LinkedIn
Enhance your LinkedIn experience with AI assistance
Post Creation
Click the "AI Assist" button when creating a new post
Comment Replies
Use the "AI Reply" button when responding to comments
